We have an in-house system for managing the status of all repairs, past, present, and future. When you released your computer into our custody, it was entered into this system, and you received a claim ticket as receipt. With your claim ticket, you have two options. First, you may check your claim status by visiting our status page. On this page you will enter your work order ID number, and the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave us. Both fields are required to view the status of the repair.
Alternately, if you have a smart phone with a data connection, you may scan the QR code on your claim ticket to view the status on your phone. Here is an example of this code:
While we do our best to make sure this is always updated as things happen, we can not guarantee that it is always 100% accurate up-to-the-minute information.
